Already selected your hotel? We will secure your reservation and coordinate directly with the property to ensure every detail is properly arranged. There is no planning fee for standalone hotel bookings. Our compensation is provided directly by the hotel.

We work with both independent properties and global hotel collections. When your stay qualifies through one of our preferred partnerships, you may enjoy added privileges such as:

• Daily breakfast for two
• A property credit (often $100 or more)
• Priority consideration for upgrades and flexible arrival and departure times

Our goal is simple: to ensure your stay is not only reserved, but recognized.

This service is offered as a courtesy when booking preferred partner properties.

Curated Destination Planning

For travelers seeking direction and expert insight before committing to a full itinerary design.

This service includes thoughtful recommendations for up to three destinations, tailored to your travel style, timing, and priorities. We provide:

• Curated hotel or resort recommendations
• Suggested private or semi-private experiences
• Recommended cultural excursions
• Refined dining suggestions

This advisory service allows you to move forward with clarity and confidence, whether you choose to book independently or continue with comprehensive planning.

Comprehensive Journey Design

For travelers who prefer every detail thoughtfully orchestrated.

This service includes full itinerary design across unlimited destinations, with seamless coordination from arrival to departure. We manage each component with precision and discretion, allowing you to travel with confidence and ease.

Your journey may include:

• Curated accommodation selection and reservations
• Private transfers and ground logistics
• Trains, ferries, and regional transportation coordination
• Expert-led tours and immersive cultural experiences
• Restaurant recommendations and secured reservations
• A professionally designed digital itinerary with real-time access
• Ongoing oversight and direct coordination with travel partners

We remain your dedicated point of contact before, during, and after travel.

Planning Investment: $250 per week of travel
Final investment reflects total trip duration and complexity.

Airfare Coordination
We provide international airfare coordination for premium economy, business, and first-class travel. This service includes flight selection strategy and booking management.

Air coordination fee: $50 per traveler.

Expedited Planning
For departures within 30 days, an expedited planning fee may apply due to compressed timelines and availability constraints.
