Mateusz Rybak pairs a curiosity for the world with thoughtful, personalized service as Assistant Travel Advisor at HAUS OF NOMADS Travel.

Combining an engineer’s precision with a warm, intuitive approach to hospitality, he helps curate thoughtful journeys shaped around each client’s interests, preferences, and sense of discovery. His role also encompasses lead generation and client service, building new relationships and providing attentive support throughout the planning process.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Mateusz brings experience in aviation quality control and process management, including work with LOT Polish Airlines and Airbus. This background informs his meticulous approach to travel planning, where careful coordination and attention to detail create a seamless experience.

His work as a manual therapist and wellness consultant adds a distinctive perspective, deepening his appreciation for travel that restores and inspires. Attentive, personable, and discreet, Mateusz takes time to understand each client, bringing genuine care to the details that make a journey feel personal.
